The shipping fee is just an estimate fee for the
shipping, the actual fee will be added by Haute
Choklet.

time may take one day to two weeks, depending on
the time of the season. The Christmas season could
take up to three weeks. The Easter season can take
up to two weeks.

Haute Choklet will use either
UPS or USPS to ship your packages. This decision
will be made depending on factors such as urgency
for delivery, inclement weather conditions, etc.

on how busy we are. The Christmas season may take
one day to three weeks. Please place your order
early to insure a timely delivery.

Warm Weather
Check the weather forecast for
your shipping destination.
Haute Choklet
reserves the rights to postpone or deny any shipments to warm or hot
climates during the hottest months of the year. We will notify you in
advance if we cannot ship.
Please remember our quality chocolate covered pretzels must be protected
from high temperatures. Additionally, during warm months we automatically
use Ice Packs and/or insulated packaging which results in additional
Shipping Charges.
We use these
during months where the statistical average high temperature of either
Pennsylvania or the state where your order is
shipped exceeds 70° F. Please keep in mind that when it is 70° F and
sunny, the inside of a delivery truck can exceed 90° F and chocolate
will melt! Warm weather shipping includes one or more reusable Ice Packs.
